Affirmations for October
That means the beginning of bunkering down for winter with a warm blanket and copious cups of tea on the sofa. Or in reality, wearing the A/W look of the self employed (dressing gown + 3 pairs of socks), cowering over the only source of heat in the house- your laptop.
It might be starting to get cold but I honestly adore this time of year. It's the time of year when you can start reflecting on how you feel 2017 has gone, and what you may want to change before the year is out.
